The difference between the Curt # 13650 and # C13651 hitches are pretty simple.
The # C13651 hitch is designed to fit your 2008 Mariner if you already have an OEM trailer hitch installed. It will also work for your vehicle whether it has a hitch installed or not.
The # 13650 trailer hitch will not work with vehicles that have an OEM trailer hitch installed. If you do not have an OEM hitch, then the # 13650 will work great for you.
