Surface Mount Trailer Clearance Light Availability

Question:
Ive already asked a similar question and now need a follow up. I want to mount the lights STL101RB on my trailer using the flange A45SB. Because of the peculiarities of my situation a lot of these are because this is a 66 Apache popup I need the light to extend out and not be recessed. Will these lights mount into the flange backwards? Thanks again for all the help!

For what you are looking for a surface mount light like the part # STL43RBX would probably be a better option as it doesn't require a bracket and it does stick out a little bit.
