wondering what the dimension should be to the first rail on my 2017 Nissan titan with a 55inch box, I am using a Anderson Ultimate hitch so it does the offset for the cab clearance, I ordered a rail kit from you guys yesterday and looking for info so I can install them this weekend

The Curt hitch rail kit part # C16470-204 that you referenced will have it's rear rail edge be 31.250 inches from the rear truck bed edge of the truck.
The issue you will have is that the Andersen Ultimate does not have enough offset to allow the truck to make a 90 degree turn.
The only sliding hitch that will give you enough clearance is the Demco Hijacker part # DM8550040 as it automatically slides 22-1/2 inches when making tight turns.
