Installation of Timbren Springs On A 2016 F-450 With DANA S130 Square Tube Axle

Question:

How does the Timbren SES TFRSDE install on a 2016 F450 with the DANA S130 Square tube axle without possibly making contact with the brake line on the driver side of the axle brake lines run almost above the axle.

The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFRSDE is a confirmed fit for your 2016 Ford F-450. The only thing the instructions state is to make sure that the Aeon Spring does not come in contact with the brake line. The springs are designed for and confirmed to fit your vehicle with the brake lines routed in this area with your Dana axle. None of the installations have required moving brake lines but the brake lines do come close. I reached out to my contact at Timbren and they said they haven't had any issues because they install in the same location as the factory bump stops so the brake lines couldn't be run where those stops would come in direct contact.
