Recommended 4-Pole Trailer Wiring Harness for 2005 Honda Pilot

Question:
I purchased a trailer light kit to go on my Curt cargo carrier and it was supposed to plug right into the wiring hidden in the back on my 2005 Honda Pilot. No such luck. Some other connector that is small, white, square and looks to have like 6 connections on it. I need somekind of converter to make it the 4 prong trailer kit thing. Would the Hopkins Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring - Item 33525 Plug-N-Two Wiring Harness with 4 Pole Trailer Connector work or do I need something else?

We offer three brand options in a 4-pole flat type trailer wiring harness for your 2005 Honda Pilot that will connect to your cargo carrier lighting kit. All are shown on the linked page and all are more or less identical, but we do tend to find that Tekonsha products are the most reliable in the long-term so I suggest part # 118336.
Part # 33525 is a similar item for a Nissan Frontier but this does not fit your Pilot.
