I have a 2017 Nissan Frontier, King Cab, 6.2 bed with Utility Rack AND Bed Extender, both factory. Which roll up bed cover will fit that will allow utilization of the bed extender AND utili track?

Your two best options are the Access Original # 834532006854 and the LiteRider # 834532006878 both of which use adapter # 834532006946 to allow proper installation along with your factory bed extender.
