Question:
Is there a stop light switch kit for the 2012 Equinox. Will the #RM-751439 work for my 2012.

Expert Reply:
If you are flat towing your 2012 Chevy Equinox behind an RV you would need a stoplight switch like the part # RM-751439.
But if you are instead trying to install a brake controller like the part # 90195 you referenced for towing a trailer with the Equinox you would need to go a different route.
You will need to start with a 4-way (if you do not have one). For that you would want the # 56094.
From there you would need to convert the 4-way to a 7-way so that you can install the brake controller. For that you will want the Brake Controller Install Kit and 7-Way Adapter part # ETBC7. I attached installation instructions and an install video for this product as well.
