Recommended Hitch Mounted Bike Carrier For 4 Inch Tire Fat Bike Beach Cruiser

Question:

Looking for a recommendation for a compact folding hitch bike rack so I can close the garage door with it folded up on the car. Bike is a beach cruiser with 4 inch tires. Max $300

For your beach cruiser with 4 inch tires, I recommend the Curt 2 Bike Platform Rack for Fat Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount - Tilting # C18085-FB. This bike rack will fit tires of up 4-7/8 inches wide and will hold the bikes by the frame in case your beach cruiser has the typical fenders. This Curt rack will fold close to the car when not in use to give you the most clearance for your garage door and it is compatible with bikes up to 45 lbs each. I've attached a video to assist.

I have a 75 lbs Rad Mini power bike with 4 tires and Im attaching it to a 2017 Honda CRV. What would you recommend?

For your Rad Mini I really like the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider # HLY84FR, which can handle two bikes of up to 80 pounds each, tires that are up to 5" wide, and a 60" max wheel base that's more than long enough.
