Can Rearview Mirror CM11080 be Mounted so Mirror is Above Windshield on a Glastron GX 205 Boat

Question:

I have a Glastron GX205. The windshield is low. Can this mirror be mounted so that the mirror itself rides above the windshield?

To be honest I had to look up the Glastron GX 205 because I didn't know what it was. Now I do and I want one! So now to explain that to the wife . . . .

For the rearview mirror # CM11080 you can clamp it to the top of the windshield and it will stick up above the glass. Assuming you have it clamped securely and the positional arm knob is tight the wind will not blow it off. I have included a link to a video review of this mirror for you.
