Question:

I have a 1999 Sea Ray 19 ft. bow rider boat for which I have been trying to find a rear view mirror. The windshield frame is round and has a 1 1/8inch diameter. I do not want to drill into the boat to permanently mount the mirror. Everything I have found is designed for a rectangular frame windshield with a 1/2inch to a 7/8inch frame width. I just purchased a CIPA Concept II #11073 to see if I can get it to fit over my 1 1/8inch diameter frame. Do you have any suggestions for a mirror that would fit my oversize windshield?

Cipa offers the Comp Universal Convex Rearview Mirror, part # CM02000 that fits round windshield frames that measure between 3/8 and 1-1/4 inches wide. It'll work great for your 1-1/8 inch thick windshield frame.
