Are these pipes legal in Massachusetts?

I spoke with my contact at Magnaflow to be sure and he confirmed that the Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System, # MF15808, for the 2001 to 2006 Toyota Sequoia V8 4.7L Gas Engine, is legal in all 50 states. The cat-back systems are so-called because they fit starting behind the catalytic converter and any other emission control devices. I have included a link to the installation details for reference.
