Will this backup tail light alert fit a 2005 Kia Sedona van??

You would have to check the bulb type on the reverse lights for your 2005 Kia Sedona. The Hopkins Backup Alert, # HM20101VA, would replace a 3156 bulb. From what I could find, your van uses 1156 style bulbs. If this is the case, you would need to use Hopkins Backup Alert, # HM20100VA, which fits in place of a 1156 bulb.
