I spoke with my contact at Demco regarding the Hydraulic Brake Actuator # DM8759122 referenced in your question. He stated that the Demco Solenoid Kit # DM5404 can indeed be used with this actuator so the trailer brakes do not activate when shifting into reverse
This has a gross towing weight capacity of 8,000 pounds and will mount to straight, 3 inch wide trailer tongues. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product for you to check out.
