Are License Plate Fastener Caps CR82650 Matte or Glossy

Question:
Hello, Im looking at the black license plate fastener caps CR82650 as a couple of mine have gone missing. I do not like the gloss black covers, so Im wondering if these caps are matte black like my current caps. Please let me know what you find. Thanks for your help!

I went out to the warehouse and pulled a set of Fastener Caps # CR82650 for you. I took them around the office to gather the opinions of my co-workers and we have all determined that these are a semi-gloss. Not shiny like high gloss but not flat like matte. In other words they do reflect a little light. I think you will like them though since they are not that super shiny type of gloss you are wanting to avoid.
