Hello experts! 1 - Wondering which cargo basket you would recommend for a 2017 Subaru Outback with factory crossbars - LoadWarrior or MegaWarrior . Looks like the MegaWarrior would be pretty wide. 2 - Could you fit either of those with the extension on the Outback and still open hatch fully? 3 - What would be the full weight of LoadWarrior and MegaWarrior WITH extension? Thanks a lot!

The Yakima MegaWarrior with Extension part # Y07080-82 weighs 58 lbs and the LoadWarrior with extension part # Y07070-74 weighs 46 lbs.
The location of the mounting hardware on either basket will allow you to open the rear hatch without any issue.
For me I would go with the lighter LoadWarrior since lifting a heavy basket on to the top of a vehicle will be a chore. I attached a review video for this basket on the roof of a similar 2017 Outback as yours.
