Helpful Expert Reply:
Yes, using an product like the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement, # TDVR05096, will help you carry the extra load on the rear of your 2005 Dodge Caravan.
The Timbren AEON rubber springs will allow your vehicle to ride and handle better with your trailer connected. The spring will engage under a trailer load to help reduce the sagging at the rear of the van.
Note: The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement rubber springs will not increase your Dodge Caravan's weight-carrying capacity. Do not exceed the manufacturer's weight limit for your Dodge Caravan.
