Comparing the Thule Gateway XT and Thule Passage Bike Racks

Question:

I have a 2003 Ford Focus wagon. I was wondering which may be the better of the two bike racks, the Thule Gateway XT versus the Thule Passage. What are the main differences between the two?

The Thule Passage, # TH910XT, and Thule Gateway XT, # TH9006XT, are similar in many ways, with the main difference being that the Gateway XT features independently adjustable arms, which will allow you to keep bikes level on the rack as opposed to any odd angles.

Each of these racks has a weight capacity of 35 lbs per bike with a six-strap attachment system that keep it mounted safely to your vehicle. Each also has the FitDial system, so you can adjust the body of the rack to fit your 2003 Ford Focus.

I have included links to video reviews of each of these bike racks for you.
