Helpful Expert Reply:
For your 2015 Ford F-250 4WD, I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle # AL88396 or the model without internal jounce bumpers # AL57396. These both are confirmed to fit your truck with a 5th wheel hitch and have a 5,000 lb load leveling capacity. These kits come with the manual inflation valves.
If you are interested in a compressor so you can adjust your springs at any time, I recommend the Air Lift Load Controller II Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Single Path # AL25592. This will give you a gauge as well as the toggle switch to increase or decrease the compression in the springs. If you want to adjust the air in each spring for off-center loads, I recommend the Air Lift QuickShot Compressor System for Air Springs - Support Line and Reserve Tank - Dual Path # AL25572.
