I dont see that you have the exact model that Im replacing...is this a substitute for it? Thanks!

Yes, the HydroMax RV Fresh Water Pump # P25201 that you referenced will replace the pump you sent in a picture of. They are very similarly rated right at 3 gallons per minute.
