want to buy draw tite hitch #75673. will thule 934xtr 4 bike rack work,with enough clearance from rear bumper

On your 2011 Subaru Outback the Draw Tite Hitch, Part # 75673, would be a great choice for you. I attached a link to installation instructions for this product as well as a link to an installation video for you to check out.
Once installed, from the center of the hitch pin hole on the # 75673 to the end of the bumper there is a measurement of 7 inches. Check out the installation video for the # 75673 if you want to see this measurement. Fast forward to the 4:50 mark to see it up close.
The Thule Hitching Post Pro 4 Bike Carrier, part # TH934XTR, measures 11-7/8 inches so you would have a clearance of 4-7/8 inches. This rack would work well for you. I have attached a video review for this product below for you to check out also.
