Question:
I have a 2012 Ford edge sport and looking for a hitch. Im looking for a hitch that needs the bumper cut, hitch mount up higher kinda like the oem one. There is one on the website but the pictures show the bar of the hitch and pictures look the same for all the hitches.

The two Class III hitch options available for your 2012 Ford Edge Sport are the Curt # C13067 and the Draw-Tite # 75728. I recommend the Draw-Tite for its higher weight capacity, no-drill installation and for the freedom from having to use a support strap # 18050 for non-trailer loads like bike racks, a warranty requirement for the Curt hitch. An install video for a 2011 model year is linked to illustrate the process, which includes temporary lowering of the exhaust and heat shield trimming.
The video will also let you see the finished appearance of the hitch. Most of the hitch main cross tube will be hidden behind the rear fascia.
