Ladder Rack That Is Compatible With the BAKFlip F1 Hard Tonneau Cover

I have a Bac F1 4 section cover. Looks like the Tracrac SR will fit. My question is, do I have to remove the plastic bed rail covers?

The TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack, # TH43003XT-510, is confirmed to fit the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with 6-1/2 ft. bed.
However, this rack will not work with the BAKFlip F1 Hard Tonneau Cover, # BAK72121. The edge of the tonneau cover hits the TracRac bed rails that are mounted to the truck.
We have contacted TracRac and they have told us that the only tonneau covers that will work with the SR racks are the rolling style covers. The BAK Revolver X2, like # BAK39121, has been tested and will work with the TracRac SR ladder racks.
Unfortunately, we have not found a ladder rack that will work with the folding style covers, like the BAKFlip F1.
