Do the Rhino-Rack Multipurpose Holders RRRMPHU Come With the Nuts to Mount in Aero Crossbars

Question:
The first photo of this product shows it mounted with a bolt and t-nut that slides into the crossbar track. Subsequent photos show it mounted with older style clamp mounts for aero bars. Does this accessory come with the t-nuts that will slide into Thule aero cross bars? Thanks for your assistance.
