will your Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2inch - Item # C31070 and/or your Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2inch - Item # 65067 Fit a 2016 Ford F150 super crew with four wheel drive ?? Thanks in advance.

Both of the front hitches you referenced will fit your 2016 Ford F-150 SuperCrew 4WD as they are confirmed to fit all models of your truck.
They are both priced about the same but since the Draw Tite part # 65067 has a bit more capacity it would be the hitch I would go with if it was my truck.
