My RV - a 2006 Roadtrek RX Adventurous - has a low-pressure after regulator propane quick-connect female cast 829001. Will the cam59903 mate with this fitting?

If the 829001 fitting you have is a 1/4 inch female then yes the # CAM59903 will work for you.
