On the Westin hardware kit No. 21-2356PK, does it include the mounting brackets also? Three of my original brackets have been damaged. Thanks.

If you check out the picture I attached that shows everything that comes with the Replacement Hardware kit part # 21-2356PK you will see that it does include the brackets.
