Question:
I bought a rhino rack a couple years ago from e-trailer and had it installed by my dealership instead of doing it myself, big mistake. They never installed the physical keys, and installed those plastic ones, which work pretty good, but not if you dont have the plastic key to turn them. Any idea how to obtain one of those plastic keys? Or a hack to uninstall?

I have a solution for you. Rhino-Rack offers replacement end caps with keys for their Vortex Aero Bars.
The Rhino-Rack # RRVA-SEC4 will include 4 new end caps and 2 plastic keys. However, I would get remove your current plastic end caps and install # RRVA-LEC4. These end caps include metal lock cylinders and 2 metal keys.
The # RRVA-LEC4 end caps will be more secure and a stronger option over the plastic locking end caps.
