We organize our snow traction devices by tire size. The part # TCH72 does fit the tire size of 255/60R18 so it would fit your tires just fine.
We just don't have your specific tire size as one of the listed sizes for your truck and that is why you don't not see this is an option. Your tire size must be different from stock.
