Green Light on Curt Venturer Brake Controller When Pressing Brake Pedal and No Trailer Connected

Question:

The wire connecting the Ram 1500 to the Curt Venture brake support system is wired correctly, but their is a question. The only light that is displayed when the brake is pushed is one green light in the center of the display. Even with adjustments, there is no progressive lighting of other lights in the display. Will the brake controller work correctly when it is hooked up to the camper/trailer? Is there anything to do to correct the situation? Thank you

The Curt Venturer Electric Brake Controller # C74VV will show a green light if you press the brake pedal without the trailer connected. You will need to connect a trailer to the truck and test the brake pedal and manual override to fully test how the controller is working.
