Budged Friendly Roof Rack Recommendation for 2005 Honda Civic 4 Door

Sportracks website doesnt list any products that fit a 4 door 2005 Honda Civic but your site says the SR1010 rack system will fit. Is it a case where the manufacturer doesnt recommend it but you can sort of make it work but could be risky?

We have roof rack solutions that would work great for your 2005 Honda Civic 4 door, but we aren't showing the # SR1010 as a fit for your vehicle at this time. That roof rack is risky to use as you stated because it isn't a custom fit. It is a semi-custom fit designed for a "good enough" fit.
Instead the Rhino Rack part # RRVA118B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK009 would be a great option I recommend. This is still a budget conscious roof rack that is much higher quality. It rivals the quality of the more expensive brands like Thule and Yakima yet costs less.
