Question:
I have a 4 prong connector is it possible to convert that into a cigarette lighter adapter to have power in the bed of the truck?

It sounds like you're trying to convert your 4-way trailer connector to a 12-volt socket in the bed of your truck. This could be done but the amp draw from a 4-way connector is very low and really isn't adequate for 12-volt socket.
The better way to do it is to use # HM55125 and run the wiring to your truck's battery for 12 volts.
