What is the mounting hole pattern center to center dimension for this jack? Im sure these are all standard, but I want to make sure. This would be a good spec. to include in the description.

The mounting holes of the Pro Series A-Frame Trailer Jack # PS1400600303 is 3 inches center on center. And you're correct this is an industry standard.
The matching foot plate is # PS1400700340 and the caster is # PS1400750340.
