Question:
I am getting ready to do some suspension maintenance on my 14,000 gvw load trail trailer model 102x22- PE14.I got roughly 70,000 miles on it.I use it hard and should put wet bolts to replace the old bolts. It has 2-7000 dexter axles and slipper springs. My question is?Do you know what size bolts I need and what you have to offer in the replacement bolts?I want to replace all the bolts even the ones that are not available in a wet bolt design.Plus any bushings that are used. If once I get it apart and run into severe worn parts I will replace them at that point.I want to have the bolts available so I can install them if everything else checks out O.K. P.S. I have bought parts from your company before and must say you are the best out there.I recommend you to everybody who has needs related to your business.

It looks like the slipper springs for 7,000 pound axles are 2 inches wide which is good because that is a very common size for slipper springs so there will be options available. We have a 3-5/16 inch long wet bolt in a 9/16 inch, # 126B2, but I do urge you to first check to see if that 3-5/16 inch length will be long enough compared to your existing bolts.
You may not need any new bushings but if you do then you would want to look at the inner and outer diameters of the bushings you have now. If they are 9/16 inches inner and 11/16 inches outer then you can use # TRBU12566. I have also included a link to our help article on slipper spring suspension.
