Question:
Does this connect directly to the 1.5 in P trap? Or does it come with a connector piece that the drain screws into?

Valterra Shower Drain # A01-2012VP will either thread into a 1-1/2 inch P-trap or, using the included collar, will press into a 1-3/4 inch pipe that doesn't have any threads.
