Size of # 988501 Rainproof Cargo Bag When Folded

Question:
Hi, Im either buying the Curt # C18211which clearly folds into smaller space. I also like this etrailer bag but I think it may have rigid portions/walls and thus wouldnt collapse/fold into small storage. Can you please confirm?

The etrailer bag # 988501 folds up a lot more than you'd think it would. The box that it ships in measures about 10 inches by 10 inches and about 4 inches tall. It would be hard to get it folded that tight again I'm sure (Things never go back in the box the way they came in for me) but it definitely folds up nicely. The product description says, "Bag folds flat for compact storage."
