Will Yakima Replacement Mounting Bracket Kit Y8860048 Fit 2007 Cadillac Escalade Factory Roof Bars

Question:
Would the Y8860048 bracket work on a factory crossbar for a 2007 Cadillac Escalade? The bracket is approx. 2 across and about 3/4 thick at its thickest area. Or would one of V series V1 thru V29 be a better fit?

The # Y8860048 replacement mounting bracket should fit well on the factory cross bars on your 2007 Cadillac Escalade. This hardware and bracket kit is a replacement piece for the Yakima FatCat roof-mounted ski and snowboard carriers which will fit cross bars up to 3-7/8 inches wide or 1-1/4 inches tall.
Although the mounting brackets will fit your factory cross bars, I recommend confirming the model of your Yakima ski rack to make sure the # Y8860048 kit is the correct match. The replacement brackets are intended for specific models, and are not interchangeable.
