The Optronics Utility Light, part # UCL60CB, will provide plenty of light for under your cabinet. The light has 6 LEDs that will last up to 100,000 hours. This is a flush mount and is only 3/8 inches tall.
If your light is not switched you may want to check out part # RVILL34. This light has 18 LED diodes and has a toggle switch to turn it on or off. This lights is a bit bigger and it is 1-12/16 inches tall.
