Will the torklift d2127 front tie down mounts fit a ram 2015 2500 megacab 6.5ft bed with factory running boards which end just a few inches in front of the rear tire?

Yes, I checked with TorkLift and custom fit front camper tie downs # TLD2127 will fit the 2015 Ram 2500 short bed with running boards. With these you can use the TorkLift Locking FastGun turnbuckles # TLS9526-2-LK which are stainless steel so corrosion won't be a factor.
