Does Aries Grille Guard AA1044 Require Factory Tow Hooks

The mounts dont match up. Should I buy the original OEM front tow hooks to make it work?

You would need to use the factory tow hook bolts to install the Aries Grille Guard part # AA1044 but you would not need the actual tow hooks. Without those bolts the guard cannot install.
