Question:
Im build my first enclosed trailer that will be 8 1/2 ft wide is your 89inch axle the one I need? And the 74inch spring center what Ill need for center on frame?

The 74 inch spring center will be roughly the width of your trailer's frame center to center. If this is accurate for your application the # 35545I-ST-89 Dexter axle is the appropriate length.
It's rated for 3,500 pounds and includes the idler hubs, bearings, races, seals, grease caps, wheel studs, lug nuts, and grease. The bolt pattern on the hubs is 5 on 4-1/2.
