Question:
Hello, i have a car with a sportrack that looks similar to the sr1002 but there is no key code stamped on any of the four locks. There is a big E11 but on the base metal plate on all 4.

The number you gave isn't a number for the key to the lock core. If you have the key you can use the number on the key to get a replacement. If not, you will need to replace the lock cores and they come with the key and you can add the quantity needed # 05011500000. To remove the unlocked cores, you will need Universal Change Key for Thule Locks # 853-1251.

I have a sportrack sr1002 and the key was broken off inside one of the locks. I was able to get it out. The number on the lock is 009 and I ordered an n009, but it is not the right type of key. My original key looks like this one, https://www.etrailer.com/Accessories-and-Parts/SportRack/05011500000.htmlBut the n009 looks like this but obviously cut to n009 https://www.etrailer.com/Accessories-and-Parts/Thule/853-1251.htmlThe key blanks are not even the same. Please advise.
