2014 F250 Diesel Crew Cab 6 3/4 bed without factory rail kit. Wanted to confirm before ordering, that this will fit my vehicle? Will be using a Reese 16k hitch.

For your 2014 Ford F-250 short bed without the factory rail kit the Reese rail kit part # RP56016-53 is a confirmed fit and would work well for you. It will work perfectly with your Reese 16k fifth wheel hitch as well.
