Typically, a 3-1/2 inch diameter axle like you said you have on your trailer is an 8,000-lb axle.
The brake mounting flange on the axle that is designed for a 3-1/2 inch axle is part # 4-50. The flange mounting holes measure 3-3/8 inches between the left and right holes and 3-5/8 inches between the top and bottom holes.
The hub and drum we offer that is designed for 8,000-lb axles is part # 8-285-11UC3. This includes the drum, bearings, races, seal, cap, and lug nuts.
For electric brakes I recommend part # 23-434 for the left side and part # 23-435 for the right side of the trailer. These brakes have the same mounting hole configuration as the # 4-50 flange. We do not have any brakes with a wider hole pattern that will fit your axle.
