Is there a Maximum Ceiling Height for the Thule MultiLift Cargo Lift and Storage System

Question:

My garage has 13foot ceilings because I have an auto lift. Im trying to find out if this hoist will work with my ceiling height. I didnt see anywhere that this was mentioned.

I checked with Thule and the max length from the mounting surface to the ends of the ropes on Thule hoist # TH572 is 200cm which in inches is 78.8 inches or about 6-1/2 feet. So from the bottom of the item on the roof of the vehicle that you need to hoist up to the mounting surface for the hoist cannot be further than that 6-1/2 feet.

Another possible option is to use a hoist such as # DL25727. Its cable is 50 feet long.
