To convert your trailer's electric brakes to electric over hydraulic, you will need a couple of things along with the Redline Hayes Hydraulic Drum Brake Assembly you referenced in your question.
For an electric over hydraulic actuator, I recommend the HydraStar Vented Marine, part # HS381-8066. This system has a rust-resistant marine-grade gasket and stainless steel hardware. The design also includes a vented plate which prevents the system from getting too hot. I have included a video demonstration of this product for your review.
You will also need a Hydraulic Brake line Kit. The kit you choose will depend on the type of trailer you are towing (single axle, tandem axle, etc) as well as its length. To get an accurate measurement of the length you will want the kit's main line to be, you can measure from the coupler on your trailer to the first axle. Kits can be filtered by the length that you need. It's better to overestimate as you can always trim off or coil up excess brake lines. I have included a link that takes you to our selection of Hydraulic Brake Lines for Hydraulic Drum Brakes.
