The Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch # DM8550024 will work great on your 2013 Ford F-250 if it has the factory rail kit already installed. The Hijacker will mount right onto your factory rail kit so you will not need to purchase an additional base rail. The automatic slider will give you an additional 14 inches of clearance when making tight turns. This has a gross towing weight capacity of 18,000 lbs, so just confirm that this will be compatible with the weight of your 5th wheel trailer and also the maximum towing limits of your vehicle as listed in the owner's manual. I have included a video review for you to check out.
If you need a higher towing capacity, I recommend the Demco Hijacker # DM8550038 with a 21,000 lbs gross towing weight capacity.
If your Ford F-250 does not have the factory rail kit, I recommend the 18K Demco # DM8550034 along with the base rails and custom installation kit # DM8552000-71.
I also recommend a 5th Wheel Wiring Harness like the Demco # DM8555002. This will provide a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck to simplify the hookup of your trailer.
