Question:
Your demonstration show two bicycles with narrower handle bars. I have two coaster style bicycles with handle bars, each with a 30 inch spread. The diagram indicates a 16 inch vertical bar onto to which the bikes are placed. Is there sufficient room for two bicycles, each with a 30 spread handle bar, to be hung both facing downward? with wheels facing inward

The Stromberg Carlson 2 Bike Carrier for RVs - Ladder Mount - Aluminum, # LA-102, will hold 2 bikes with a 25 lb capacity each. The weight is as much a concern for me as the handlebars, but the handlebars will fit fine if you tilt the wheels in as you mentioned. You will need to use a tie-down to secure the wheel so that your handlebars have the clearance they need from each other and from your RV to protect them. I recommend using a cinch strap like # SR0701
