Question:
When I make a hard right turn with my travel trailer plugged into my 2015 Tundra, the plug is pulled out enough that some functions do not workbrake! Could I use this cable to add 1-1 1/2 foot splice to existing cable?

Expert Reply:
Yes, you can purchase the Jacketed 6 Wire - per foot # DW04906-1 to add length to your trailer connector cable for slack. I recommend replacing the entire length so you don't have weather issues with your splicing or use heat shrink butt connectors like # DW05744-10 or using a junction box like # 38656.
