I just purchased a new 2017 GMC HD 2500 long bed truck with the factory installed puck system for a 5th wheel hitch. Would you please send me my various options you have available. A 16K unit would work fine as I have a light weight Forest River Wildcat Max 5th whhel.

The fixed 5th wheel hitches made for the factory puck mounting system in your 2017 GMC Sierra 2500HD long bed pickup are all shown on the linked page.
The options in a 16K rating include the more economical Curt E16 # C16515-16025 which has a slide bar jaw and 2-way pivot, and their A16 # C16520-16025 that offers a double jaw for more solid king pin contact and a head assembly that can pivot in 360-degree rather than just on a dual axis. This feature makes for easier hitching on uneven ground. The A16 head also features cushioning to reduce noise and road shock. I suggest the A16 over the E16 for these features and for its limited lifetime warranty. Review videos for both are linked.
If you need a 5th wheel wiring harness in the truck bed you can use part # C56000 which offers simple plug-in installation at the back of the factory-installed 7-way at your rear bumper.
