The installation of the TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack, part # TH43002XT-782 on your 2014 Silverado 1500 should not interfere at all with the BAKFlip Revolver Hard Tonneau Cover, part # BAK39120.
The # BAK39120 is installed on the inside of the bed rails and will work great with the ladder rack.
